---- BACKGROUND ----

Shin has been the sole caretaker of his 4 younger brothers since a young age. Due to their Air Sector bloodline, he and his brothers are all outlaws. They live in a small, concealed village in the freezing Northern region, far from any Elementalist population.

---- DESCRIPTION ----

Shin is composed and thoughtful, able to get along with just about anyone. He is a reliable ally who can keep a cool head through any situation. Shin is a good listener, but is very reserved about his own affairs. He hides an extreme wariness of strangers behind a pleasant front. It takes Shin a long time to trust someone, and he considers very few people his true friends. Shin has a great contempt of Elementalists.

---- BATTLE STYLE ----

Shin relies mainly on his magic to fight. He wields sharp, cutting winds, usually from afar. He will often swing his wide-bladed Pudao sideways like a fan to magnify his winds. Shin has great difficulty creating winds that do not cut. When fighting together with Kitsuno, Shin's winds fuel and spread his partner's flames. Shin is a deft infiltrator with a variety of skills such as lock-picking, which he claims to have learned from his mother.

---- RELATIONSHIPS ----

Kitsuno -
Shin stumbled across an unconscious Kitsuno lying in a snowy field one day, and brought him home. At first he disliked the spoiled prince, intending only to take advantage of Kitsuno's money. Shin now considers Kitsuno his closest friend and part of his family. Shin is less distrustful of others when Kitsuno is with him.
